Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the online reservation, consultation, and information services (the “Service”) provided on the website (the “Site”) operated by VanConnect (the “Company”).
Article 2 (Service Content and Reservation Notice)
- The Company provides reservation intake, schedule coordination, consultation, and connection to partner/affiliate operators for vehicle rental and transportation services requested by users.
- The Company acts as a reservation agent and information provider (mail-order intermediary). Final responsibility for the actual performance of vehicle rental and transportation services between the user and the partner/affiliate operator rests with the operator directly providing the service.
- Submitting a reservation through the Site does not constitute final confirmation of schedule or terms. If service cannot be provided due to on-site circumstances or unavoidable reasons, the Company will notify the user in advance and may change or cancel the reservation.
Article 3 (Protection and Use of Personal Information)
Users must enter accurate personal information through the reservation/inquiry forms on the Site. The Company will not use collected information for purposes other than reservation and consultation.
Article 4 (Changes and Cancellation of Reservations)
To change or cancel a reservation, users must notify the Company through the contact number or customer center listed on the Site.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, severe weather, or road closures.
- The Company is not liable for reservation errors or service disruptions caused by the user’s own fault.
